Collection: Return Policy

There is a 60-day return policy on all products purchased from GameCops.com. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer support directly at ask@gamecops.com, along with your order number to expedite your request. If there is a technical problem with the product, we will troubleshoot the issue with you first, so the more information that is provided the better (including photos or a video). If we're unable to resolve your issue, we will try our best to replace the product for you, or subsequently issue a refund. If your purchase needs to be returned, we will provide a return sheet to expedite the return process.

Returns must be properly packaged, in a similar manner as they originally arrived to you. If the product is returned with shipping damage for insufficient packaging, a restocking fee may apply. When applicable, serial numbers are recorded, along with multiple tamper proof devices inside or out. If a product is swapped or returned with signs of the product being opened or tampered with, a refund might be rejected, or a significant restocking fee will apply. In certain situations (such as remorse returns), buyers may be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees. Restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund when applicable.
